AstroAdvice collects information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registration information, which may include, but is not limited to, name, e-mail address, gender, place of birth, and time of birth. We require gender and birth information in order to provide personalized astrological information, as well to have an understanding of the demographics of our members, which allows us to better serve them. The member's name is used to personalize the readings given to that member, and the member's e-mail address is required in order for AstroAdvice to notify that member of new products and services, as well as deliver and remind members about passwords and other registration information.

Members who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding any orders they may have placed on-line.

The information we collect helps us to develop and provide new features that will be of interest to our members. It is also used to notify our members of new additions or updates to our web site. AstroAdvice maintains the right to notify all members about new features and additions to the website.

In addition, AstroAdvice operates a high volume e-mail marketing service in conjunction with its partners. This service is provided to consumers who have specifically (and actively) registered, with AstroAdvice or one of our partners, to receive online marketing promotions and offers. We require our partners to certify that they have received an opt-in from each individual user. Our service will only e-mail those people that have provided their express permission to be e-mailed, and we do not send e-mail to people who have told us they are under 13. All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure this policy is adhered to, and each e-mail sent by AstroAdvice, or its partners, offers users the ability to unsubscribe. During our registration process, members share as much information as they are comfortable disclosing. This information is used to ensure that offers made by merchants are delivered to members with matching preferences, interests or demographics. All AstroAdvice, and partner-contributed, information is kept in strict confidence..To unsubscribe and/or update your personal information, or should you decide that you do not wish AstroAdvice to use your profile for any of the services we provide, simply send an e-mail to webmaster@AstroAdvice.com with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject and provide your name and address. We will process your request and send you a confirmation e-mail.

AstroAdvice operates an online advertising service. We operate banner-advertising campaigns across many sites for many advertisers on a daily basis. We provided 'targeted' advertising based on one or more of the demographic segments (gender, age, income, etc.) we collect from our members. AstroAdvice may use "cookies" to identify members returning to one or more of our managed sites.Generally we do not track our members or their behavior on our site, however,we may from time to time track users behavior on behalf of our partner sites.

In the future, we may use member information for new, unanticipated purposes not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. If our information practices changewe will post the policy changes on our web site. If you are concerned about how your information is being used, you should check back at our web site periodically.

Upon request AstroAdvice will provide our members with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them.

AstroAdvice operates a number of services, which require users to pass credit and financial information over the Internet. When this type of transfer takes place AstroAdvice will always use a secure sever in the process.
